Golf course neighbors, custom-home standards
Founders Bridge is one of Midlothian's executive golf communities, built around Independence Golf Club with walking trails, a clubhouse, pool and tennis. Most homes are custom-built on generous homesites, many of them half an acre to an acre, with rolling, sloped yards and mature trees along the edges.
When your yard sits next to fairways, the bar is high. The usual complaints about other crews don't fit here: skipped visits, grass cut too short, clippings on the driveway, calls that never get returned. We built our service to fix every one of those.

Founders Bridge lawn care FAQ
How much does lawn care cost in Founders Bridge?
Most Founders Bridge homesites are Large (10,000–20,000 sq ft of grass) at $135 per weekly visit, or Estate (20,000+ sq ft) starting at $175. Smaller yards start at $75. Every visit includes mowing, edging, trimming and blowing. See all plans and prices.
Can you handle big, sloped lots?
Yes. We run commercial mowers built for large yards and mow slopes with patterns that keep traction, so the turf holds up instead of getting scuffed or rutted.
My grass is thin near the trees. What can I do?
Shade and tree roots compete with your grass. Fall overseeding with shade-tolerant fescue helps, along with keeping leaves off. In deep shade, a mulched bed is sometimes the better answer, and we'll tell you honestly.
Do you handle leaves on bigger homesites?
Yes. Leaf mulching is $175 a visit for current clients and $225 for new clients on lawns up to 10,000 sq ft. Larger homesites are quoted on a free walk-through so you get one clear price before we start.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There's no contract and no membership. Weekly clients get a reserved day for the season and our better rates on seasonal work.
